memory laneThere's nothing like a stroll down Memory Lane. I've always liked a little flashy presentation to enhance the material. Most of the material is still on the site somewhere, but with a different look and feel. Here are some screen shots of the home page. Index Page

index 2000 - opens in a new pop-up windowThis was an attempt to create a FrontPage theme circa 2000.The first few of many awards earned by the site were displayed on the home page in this version. autumn index - opens in a new pop-up windowMy original theme was abandoned for a FrontPage furnished Autumn theme.
louie index - opens in a new pop-up windowThe them idea was  replaced with custom navigation. Would you believe that yellow thing in the middle was a picture of a veiled? Click here to see it. framed index - opens in a new pop-up windowAn experiment with frames. That was a learning experience.  This is the entry page for selecting framed or not framed version.
index with Lady logo - opens in a new pop-up windowWith the new logo, it's animated. Click here to see the animated logo. There were also some changes to the color scheme and navigation. gray framed version - opens in a new pop-up windowThis is the framed version of the site. It was not a bad look, but got complicated to navigate and it wasted a lot of space. It came complete with the scrolling header and footer.
hideous gray - opens in a new pop-up windowThis was an interesting look. There was a traveling pull out menu that stayed with you. The main page seemed to go on forever so this menu was needed. I had to split the picture to make it fit. gray and red - opens in a new pop-up window This was two versions back before the current look. It was not bad, but I am much happier with the new site.
gray and red with navigation - opens in a new pop-up windowThis shows how the menu operated. The navigation was a little confusing.
